On-the-Cusp strives to publish legal articles that are relevant and informative. The primary audience is practicing attorneys in Texas.
Once an article is submitted, the editor-in-chief and managing editor will review for content and schedule a time for the article to be reviewed. Then, the article will be submitted to our editing staff for review. After that review is completed, the article and its suggested edits will be sent to the author for approval. Pending the author’s approval of the edits, the article will be scheduled for publishing.
The Editorial Board requests that articles be submitted in Word format and no less than 2000 words.
